What a great story. I loved it and couldn't put it down. Sterling is very sympathetic but strong character, and the FBI Agent , Gary, risks everythIng to protect her. Once again the FBI looks like a bunch of clowns except for Gary and his crew. The story has more unexpected twists and turns and the romance between Gary and Sterling heats up the page.Product details

Paradox by John Foxjohn is a well written, interesting and enjoyable read.
The Protagonist, Sterling King, is an ambitious, independent and somewhat aloof attorney struggling to set up her own practice. She innocently takes on a case defending a man clearly framed on a murder wrap. King wins easily and in doing so gains top billing on a mob hit list.
FBI operative, Gary Randall, heads up a team assigned the task of protecting King.
Turns out King and Randall know of each other. They attended university, studied law at the same time, all-be-it from opposite sides of the social divide.
With this introduction John Foxjohn has set-up a thrilling multi-pronged battle of whits. A fight for survival on many levels.
It's a good yarn, worthy of five stars.

Very well written. Lot of twists! As always, Foxjohn does his homework. It may very well be one of his best yet.
